Our Staff

Bishop Carlos Lennon is our Founder and Senior Pastor. He and Pastor Pam have been married for 30 years and have two children through this union. Bishop Lennon was born in Washington, DC and later raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He is passionate about the Lord and it is evident through his teaching and preaching of the gospel. He is currently working to complete his doctoral dissertation in Theology. 

Pastor Pam is our Pastor and she also leads the Women of Purpose. She is the wife of Bishop Lennon as well as a native of Savannah, GA. She is a dynamic vessel who truly loves the Lord. Her motherly nature is evident and appreciated by all who know her. Pastor Pam is passionate about the Lord and she has a unique bond with our Youth Ministry who know her to be firm and yet loving at the same time.

Min. Johnson and Bro. Brown serve on our audio & video ministry. They work tirelessly to ensure our broadcasts and live services are in the spirit of excellence.

These are the men and women who are on our Ministerial Staff

These are the men who function in the office of Deacon in our church.

These are the men and women who serve in the capacity of leading our congregational worship and praise service.

These are the women who help care and nurture our little ones during service until they are old enough to be in the sanctuary with their loved ones. They do an excellent service every week that allows for parents and opportunity to hear the word without any distractions as they seek a deeper relationship with the Lord.

These are the women who often stay long after the service has ended to ensure all of the administrative duties are carried out properly.

These are the women who function in the role of providing motherly care, nurturing, and that shoulder one may find themselves needing from time to time.

These are the men who ensure our building stays in excellent condition both inside and out. There are times when they collectively take time off from their work to make sure the House of the Lord stays in the condition it needs to.

These are the men and women who serve in the capacity of praying for our leaders as well as our congregation. They serve diligently to help Bishop and Pastor fulfill the calling that the Lord has placed on their lives.
